Leisure Days of May 2019 Contest Rules


Official Rules
Beginning on May 1, 2019 through 11pm on May 31, 2019 log onto 925kickincountry.com, mix959.com or 1017ChuckFM.com or go to Leisure Depot at 8250 Dorchester Rd. North Charleston to register and win your choice of the following prizes at Leisure Depot: Patio Set, Mini Big Green Egg, Swimming Pool or a Freeflow AzureTM Spa. Registration must be completed to submit an entry. Any incomplete entry will not be registered for a chance to win.

One winner will be randomly drawn on June 3rd and contacted using the registration information provided by email and phone. The chosen winner will have the opportunity to select one of the following prizes. Mini Big Green Egg (approximate retail value $1,166); Patio Set (approximate retail value $1,500); swimming pool (approximate retail value $1,999) and Freeflow AzureTM Spa (approximate retail value $4,599)

No purchase necessary. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. WCKN, WMXZ and WAVF sole responsibility will be the award the prize. WCKN, WMXZ and WAVF shall have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner for any reason cannot or decides not to use any of the prize. Winner will be responsible for any and all applicable state and federal taxes. Set up, delivery, fees and incidentals are not included and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

One entry per person. May only enter contest through one website. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. in the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address sued to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

If winner cannot be reached after three attempts then another winner will be randomly selected and notified.

A valid driver’s license and social security card must be presented at time of prize claim. The winners must be physical present to claim their gifts.

WCKN, WMXZ and WAVF contests are open to all eligible South Carolina residents 18 or older have not won anything on 92.5 Kickin’ Country or 101.7 Chuck FM in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WCKN, WMXZ or WAVF, Charleston Radio Group, Saga Quad States Communications, LLC., and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, Leisure Depot employees and family, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WCKN and WAVF main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
