Summit Adventure Park Passes Contest Rules


Contest Rules

Beginning at 06:00 am Monday, June 22, 2020 through 11:59 pm Sunday, July 5, 2020 Chuck FM Listeners will be invited to go to www.1017chuckfm.com to enter for a chance to win 4 passes to Summit Adventure Park in West Ashley Charleston, SC.

A total of 5 winners will be randomly selected (two on June 29, 2020 and three on July 6, 2020)  from all eligible entries to win the prize.  Three attempts will be made to connect with the contest winners.  If no connection can be made after three attempts additional winners will be chosen.  Prizes will be mailed to the winner’s address provided in registration.  We will make reasonable efforts to mail prizes within 30 days after winning.

One entry per person.  Any entry on behalf of another individual or using another person’s name or e-mail address is disqualified and ineligible to win any prize.

Approximate retail value of the prize is $60 according to Summit Adventure Park.  Prize provided promotionally by Summit Adventure Park.

The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state-issued identification or a valid Military ID and are 18 years of age or older. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Packages cannot be transferred if the winner is unable to attend. Winners will be responsible for state and federal taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included.   No purchase is necessary.  Participants can only qualify once for this contest.

WAVF contests are open to all eligible South Carolina residents 18 or older have not won anything on WAVF in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WAVF, Charleston Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WAVF main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
