Make plans now to be a part of the 24th annual Downs-Byrd Memorial Oyster Roast.

Saturday, Feb. 3, the place to be is the Summerville Country Club from 6 PM – 10 PM. Included in your ticket is endless oysters, food, beer, wine and drinks. The Oyster Roast benefits Dorchester Paws, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of animals in Dorchester County. It is the only open-admission shelter in Dorchester County.
